Who are we?

Wellness In Motion has been inspiring movement and delivering high quality Personal Coaching, Exercise Physiology, Pilates, Yoga and Barre both in our studio and online from 2019. We offer a wide variety of small group classes to suit every age, experience level and interest. We also offer specialist programs for a number of health conditions. Here at Wellness we don't just exercise or do an activity, we strive to enjoy movement, it’s a way of life

  • How do I book a class?

    1.  Go To The Timetable.
    2.  Search for your desired class.
    3. Click Book Now.
    4. Either fill out your details and pay with your card or if you have an account, sign in and use your credits.
  • Cancellation policy

    12 Hours for sessions including reformer, Pilates Mat,  Yoga and Semi Private Personal Training.   


    24 for Personal Training  or Exercise Physiology, One on One Pilates or yoga.
