This practical and educational workshop will take you on a restorative journey of real-time rejuvenation. During the workshop we will discuss and cover the 4 primary areas of health (physical, mental, emotional, and energetic) and how these intrinsically relate to all aspects of your life. Following the ‘theory’ relating to each component, you will learn a corresponding technique that empowers you to take control of your mind-body system, on all of the associated levels.
