How do I book a class?
- Go To The Timetable.
- Search for your desired class.
- Click Book Now.
- Either fill out your details and pay with your card or if you have an account, sign in and use your credits.

How to book a PT or EP session
On momence:
- Go to the appointments tab.
- Select your desired type of session.
- Select your desired trainer and follow the prompts.
Head to the Wellness website:
- Hover over the services tab.
- Select either Exercise Physiology or Personal Training.
- Scroll down and book in with the online booking area.

How to cancel a session?
- Download the momence app and sign in
- Find the session you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel

12 Hours for sessions including reformer, Pilates Mat, Yoga and Semi Private Personal Training.
24 for Personal Training or Exercise Physiology, One on One Pilates or yoga.
